Who we are
Mission, Vision and Values
Inform to prevent. Guide to bring closer. Train to empower.
Our mission
The mission of Justice For All Foundation is to contribute to making knowledge of rights and access to justice resources more accessible, particularly for people who encounter obstacles in their efforts.
Our mission is built around several pillars.
Inform
Produce and disseminate accessible information on rights, institutions, and resources.
Educate
Organize conferences, training sessions, workshops, and educational activities. Knowledge of rights is a tool for autonomy.
Listen
Create spaces where people can explain their concerns with dignity.
Guide
Identify, where possible, the professionals, institutions, and organizations that can respond to a situation.
Prevent
Inform before certain situations become more serious.
Raise awareness
Draw attention to violence, discrimination, exploitation, and other violations of dignity.
Mobilize
Build a network of committed professionals and citizens.
Cooperate
Develop responsible partnerships in Canada and internationally.
Our vision
Building a culture of justice
We want to contribute to a society in which justice is not only perceived as an institution one turns to when a problem becomes serious. We want to participate in the development of a culture of justice.
A culture in which children learn their rights and responsibilities.
A culture in which women know the mechanisms available when they experience violence.
A culture in which workers better understand their rights.
A culture in which citizens know how to identify the competent institutions.
A culture in which detained persons are treated with respect for their dignity.
A culture in which victims can be heard without being humiliated.
A culture in which prevention holds a place as important as reaction.
Our long-term vision
We wish to progressively make the Foundation:
- a space for information
- a centre for rights education
- a listening and guidance service
- a network of committed professionals
- a place for reflection and research
- a space for cooperation between citizens, associations, and institutions
- and progressively, an international platform of resources on justice and human rights
Our values
Dignity
Dignity is at the heart of our commitment. Before being a file, a statistic, or a case, a person is a human being. The way we listen, write, communicate, and guide must respect that dignity.
Equity
Equality does not mean that all people face the same obstacles. Some need more information, accessibility, or support. We seek to take these differences into account.
Impartiality
An organization dedicated to justice must resist pressures, personal preferences, and discrimination.
Integrity
We must not promise what we cannot deliver. We must not present as a partner an organization that is not one. Our credibility depends on our integrity.
Confidentiality
People may entrust us with sensitive information. Protecting that information must be considered a major responsibility.
Responsibility
Rights also come with responsibilities. We want to promote a citizenship that is conscious of everyone's rights.
Our board and governance
Governing with responsibility
The Board of Directors is an essential element of the Foundation. Its role must not be merely honorary. It contributes to protecting the mission, defining orientations, overseeing the management of the organization, and ensuring that actions remain consistent with the values stated.

Vice-President
Supports the President and takes over in their absence.
Secretary
Manages administrative records, minutes, and official communications.
Treasurer
Oversees financial management and ensures transparency of accounts.
Directors
Contribute to strategic decisions and oversee specific areas of activity.
