Fondation Justice Pour Tous

Our commitment

Our Promise

Being honest about what we can and cannot do is itself a form of respect.

What we do not do

Honesty requires us to be clear about the limits of our action. The Foundation is not a law firm, a legal aid service, or a court.

x

We do not provide legal advice and do not represent clients before courts or tribunals.

x

We do not replace lawyers, notaries, or other regulated legal professionals.

x

We do not guarantee specific outcomes in legal or administrative situations.

x

We do not act as an intermediary between parties in a dispute.

WHAT WE PROMISE IS TO DO WHAT WE SAY, AND TO SAY WHAT WE DO.

What we commit to doing

Inform

Provide clear, accessible, and verified information on rights, institutions, and available resources.

Listen

Create spaces where people can express their situation without judgment.

Guide

Help identify the professionals, institutions, and organizations that can respond to a situation.

Educate

Organize activities that allow people to know their rights before a crisis arises.

Raise awareness

Draw attention to violations of dignity and rights in communities.

The honesty clause

If we cannot help a person, we will say so clearly and try to guide them toward the right resource. If we make a mistake, we will acknowledge it. Honesty is not a weakness - it is the foundation of trust.
